TATTOO AFTERCARE SUGGESTIONS

  1. Remove bandage in 4-8 hours.
DO NOT re-bandage. If you’ve received the Saniderm or View Guard dressing (transparent adhesive bandage), you may leave this on for up to 4 DAYS.
  2. With clean hands, wash your tattoo thoroughly using a mild anti-bacterial soap (such as Dial gold or Dr Bronner’s non-scented castile soap) and warm water.
DO NOT use a washcloth, loofa, pumice, sandstone, emery, calcite, vibranium or any other abrasive material naturally occurring or otherwise
  3. Gently pat dry with a clean towel.
  4. WITH CLEAN HANDS, apply a thin layer of ointment
(such as Aquaphor, A&D, or Bacitracin) 2-3 times a day for the first 3 or 4 days.
Then switch to a mild, UNSCENTED lotion (i.e. Cetaphil, Lubriderm, Aveeno, Aquaphor etc.) and apply in the same manner as above until fully healed and skin returns to normal.
  5. Remember to keep your fresh tattoo clean throughout the healing process.
Wash it gently several times a day.

During the initial healing period:

  • DO NOT soak or submerge your tattoo (i.e. swimming pools, hot tubs, lakes, baths, etc.)
  • Showering as normal is fine.
  • NO direct sunlight until your tattoo is fully healed.
  • DO NOT touch your fresh tattoo unless you’ve just washed your hands!

Things to note:
  • Your tattoo will peel, itch and sometimes scab. This is normal but DO NOT SCRATCH your tattoo and DO NOT PICK THE SCABS!
  • Pet hair and dander can affect how your tattoo heals. If you have pets that sleep in your bed be sure to change your sheets.
  • DO NOT wear anything that will rub on or constrict the tattoo.
  • DO NOT listen to ANYONE EXCEPT YOUR ARTIST about how to heal your tattoo.

POLICIES & FAQS

Age Requirements

In The state of Washington you must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo. There are no exceptions.

You will be required to prove your age and identity with a valid state issued photo ID, drivers license or passport in order to be tattooed.

Our hourly rate is $220 per hour and we have a minimum charge of $120 per setup (not including Washington State sales tax). Beyond that, we cannot give you any kind of accurate estimation on the price of your tattoo until you come in and meet personally with one of our artists, even then your estimate may be in a large ballpark. There are simply too many factors involved in the execution of a tattoo to estimate the overall cost of something from an email or phone call.

Due to current Covid restrictions we can no longer accept walk-ins until further notice.

Please call the shop to arrange a consultation appointment with the artist of your choice to discuss your ideas, design and placement.  At this point we will collect a non-refundable deposit to secure a time for you to come back and receive your new tattoo or go over further design options.

Some of our tattooers accept Debit/Credit. Most of them accept CASH ONLY. None of them will take a check. Please discuss a payment arrangement with your tattooer during your initial consultation.
