WHAT IS PERMANENT JEWELRY?
Permanent Jewelry is a chain that doesn’t have a typical clasp for fastening and removing the jewelry. Instead, we use a micro-welding system to safely weld the links closed, creating an unbroken chain that is intended to never be removed. Depending on the chain design and your lifestyle, your jewelry can last a lifetime. For safety reasons, your jewelry is not unbreakable, therefore, with excessive wear and tear, your jewelry can be prone to breakage.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our in-house jeweler will custom fit a chain of your choosing with any charms or accents to fit comfortably on your wrist, ankle or neck. The process is painless, quick and easy. Using a microwelding pen, a quick zap or two will permanently close the chain link with no special care requirements.
IS IT SAFE? DOES IT HURT?
The process is completely safe and painless. The welding system will only work while in contact with metal and has built-in safety measures to ensure no risk to anyone involved. There is a small snap and a flash of light, and we do provide darkened glasses to protect your eyes if you would like to watch the process.
HOW DO YOU CARE FOR PERMANENT JEWELRY?
Permanent Jewelry is waterproof and can be worn 24/7. Sterling Silver and sometimes gold can change colors in hot tubs or treated pools, so we do recommend avoiding those, and always rinse your jewelry off after swimming in lakes or oceans. Gold fill will wear through its gold coating over time, and Sterling Silver will tarnish, but silver can be easily polished using an appropriate polishing cloth. Your permanent jewelry can also be worn through airport security, as TSA does not require you to remove jewelry and it is non-magnetic.
CAN IT BE REMOVED?
If you need to remove your jewelry for any reason, it can be snipped with scissors or wire
cutters. We can re-weld your jewelry if you want it back on for a small fee.
What metals and materials are offered?
We carry only the highest quality 14k Solid Gold, Gold-Fill, and Sterling Silver chains and
charms. We offer ethically sourced natural stones as well as synthetic ones and can source and special order almost anything.
Solid 14k Gold – This is the best option for your jewelry, as it is made to last for your whole life or longer. It is resistant to tarnishing, it is waterproof, nickel-free and hypo allergenic. We can also custom order specific chains or higher karat golds for you.
Gold Fill – A more economical choice to solid gold, but still beautiful, gold fill is a good choice. It is a base metal (usually yellow brass) that has 14k gold clad to the outside. It is far more durable than gold plating and will last for years before the gold wears down. It is waterproof, tarnish resistant, nickel free and hypo allergenic.
Sterling Silver – Sterling is a beautiful metal that is affordable and durable. It will tarnish over time but can be polished back to shiny using a polishing cloth. It is waterproof, nickel free and hypo allergenic.
WHAT ABOUT REPAIRS AND ADJUSTMENTS?
Though rare, if your jewelry breaks or is too loose within 48 hours of purchase, bring it back for a re-weld at no charge. Re-attachment after that time will be charged a small fee. If you need it adjusted larger, some chains can have additional links added while for others, a new piece may need to be purchased at full price if outsized adjustments need to be made.
All other repairs and adjustments are at the discretion of the jeweler and additional service fees may be charged.

tooth Gem Information
Tooth Gems are attached to the surface of the tooth using dental grade orthodontic adhesive. This is the same adhesive they use to apply braces. It is made to come off, although it can remain for months to a year or more.
Tooth Gems are not permanent!
Sometimes, due to placement and use, they can come off. We offer re-application for up to 2 months at no charge for any crystal gems. Gold gem reapplication is at no cost if you bring back the gold piece. Unfortunately, if the gold piece is lost, reapplication will be the cost of a new gold piece minus the cost of application. After 2 months, there is a $15 reapplication fee.

We do not offer any refunds for this service
We do not remove tooth gems. They can be removed by a dentist, or there are tools you can get to do it yourself. We would always recommend seeing a professional.
Aftercare:
- Do not eat or drink anything hot or cold for at least 1 hour after application.
- Do not floss or brush your teeth for 6 hours after application. Brush gently when you do!
- Don’t eat anything hard or crunchy for 6 hours after application.
They can feel strange on your inside lip where the gem touches. For most people, after a day or so, the sensation goes away.
